A quarter auction is a fundraiser that combines a raffle and an auction. Participants bid on items using paddles and quarters, and the winner is determined by a numbered drawing. 

How it works: 

Participants purchase numbered paddles for a donation

Each paddle has a corresponding numbered chip that's placed in a drawing basket

Participants bid on items using quarters

The auctioneer calls out numbers, and the participant with the matching number wins the item
